Reviews land where you collect them
Every paying customer gets the same fair ask, and new reviews from Google or Facebook show up in your dashboard.
We ask every customer — never just the happy ones
SuperFiveStar doesn’t gate, filter, or route reviews. Everyone who does business with you gets the same fair ask — the honest way to build a reputation that lasts, and the only way that follows Google’s policies and the FTC’s rules.
QuickBooks integration — questions
Which QuickBooks events trigger a review request?
A request fires when a customer payment is recorded in QuickBooks Online, and — if you switch it on — when an invoice is fully paid. Invoice requests are off until you enable them in Settings → Integrations. We only expose triggers the integration actually fires today.
Does SuperFiveStar filter out unhappy customers?
No. We never gate, filter, or route reviews. Every customer is asked the same way — in line with Google's review policies and the FTC's guidance against review gating. Asking everyone is the honest way to build a reputation that lasts.
Will repeat customers get spammed?
No. A built-in cooldown prevents re-asking the same customer inside the request window, so your regulars aren't over-messaged.
Do I need to change my accounting workflow?
No. You keep invoicing and recording payments in QuickBooks exactly as you do now — the automation runs quietly in the background.
